August 29, 2025 | @DailyImmigrant — The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the Trump administration acted unlawfully when it tried to revoke Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Venezuelan migrants.
TPS, granted under President Biden, protects about 600,000 Venezuelans from deportation and allows them to work legally through October 2026.
